What is the MEDITELLER project?
The MEDITELLER project is a small-scale cooperation project aiming to increase the transnational visibility of traditions, identities, and intangible cultural heritage of European rural areas; transnational digitization and storytelling strategies, training, and audience development.
The intangible heritage comes from the province of Avila (Spain), the Basilicata region (Italy) and Bulgaria. This will expand the number of citizens who can benefit from the invaluable intangible rural heritage of the areas involved, raising awareness of its existence beyond local borders, generating employment and growth, and supporting economic recovery after the Covid-19 pandemic.
